The longest and toughest bicycle stage race in the world leads through Russia, the largest country in the world! 15 stages, 8 time zones, 5 climate zones, 9105 km and 77,000 meters altitude in 25 days make this race unique! The route leads along the Trans-Siberian Railway from Moscow via Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk (this year for the first time), Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude, Chita, Svobodniy as the finish of the king´s stage. Stage 14th started for the first time in Blagoveshchensk, Khabarovsk to Vladivostok.

On Red Bull Trans-Siberian Extreme you have the mentally part You fight with "friends", but you also have to fight against your "friends" and it makes this race quite difficult.
A non-trained cyclist can do 100 km per day. A professional 300 km. But 1400 km?
